Common Grounds Roastery is one of the leading players in the Indonesian specialty coffee industry, experiencing exponential growth after winning a world barista championship title. Their business expanded rapidly from a single roastery to dozens of premium cafes, demanding complex operational, production, and supply chain management across multiple locations.

Challenges

Common Grounds’ rapid growth overwhelmed their manual processes. Critical operational data was fragmented across multiple spreadsheets, stacks of paper, and individual memories, making it unreliable for decision-making.
